My BS&PRR is a protolance operation based on the B&O branch line from Hancock, WV to Berkeley Springs, WV including the surrounding industries.  The railroad also covers the B&O mainline between the Martinsburg, WV to the East, and Great Cacapon, WV to the West.

The layout is an around the wall plan in about 18x28 feet.  I'm using 3rdPlaint from El Dorado Software exclusively for layout design.  This is a fantastic program with incredible support.
